The Greystone website is custom designed to each clients benefit portfolio. The site provides employees and administrators with plan outlines, forms, links, and contract information. The company's PIN number is provided on the Greystone ID Card. Employees are encouraged to utilize this site when discussing benefit issues with our Client Service Representatives.
ONLINE ADMINISTRATION
To assist the HR Department, Greystone provides an administrative website. This sight contains communication summaries, general forms, compliance documents, tracking of self-insured savings and expenditures, electronic employee handbooks, and the Greystone Calendar. The online format allows greater flexibility to provide up to date information.
GREYSTONE CALENDAR
Annually we establish a calendar of events including mutually agreed upon services. The renewal process, client service visits, notification dates, and project planning is scheduled. This calendar allows for planning and preparation as well as mutual commitment to completion of tasks.
SELF-INSURANCE DESIGN, ADMINISTRATION & TRACKING
We encourage the purchasing of higher out-of-pocket medical plan designs and self-insuring to an acceptable level via premium savings. Greystone coordinates payment of these out-of-pocket expenses such as hospital and outpatient surgery copays between the provider and the employer.
HIDDEN PAYCHECK
The Hidden Paycheck program, developed by Greystone, illustrates all costs an employer incurs for each specific employee. We take into account payroll, benefits, taxes, vacation, and sick time. This service is used extensively by our clients during annual salary and job performance reviews.

SPECIAL SERVICES EXECUTIVE REPORT
Annually Greystone provides a summary report on the performance of the benefits program, enhancements made, and a review of the renewal process. This report allows all management personnel involved with benefits to evaluate the status of the plan, its operation, and remain involved in the overall benefits process.
DISABILITY EVALUATIONS
Proper disability planning is the most overlooked service in benefit programs. Providing adequate, properly designed disability coverage is imperative in allowing a disabled person to maintain their lifestyle. This inexpensive benefit carries the most significant financial impact of any non-medical insurance. Greystone evaluates the contract in detail, consults on providing non-taxable benefits, as well as supplemental disability income to offset the impact of reverse discrimination.
HR ASSIST
Greystone has contracted with Infinisource to provide a Human Resources Information System. This system is an electronic benefits library allowing you and Greystone to navigate through compliance issues, legislative updates, and prepare policy and procedure manuals. Internally we utilize this system to ensure the most accurate management of your plans.
HEALTH FAIR
Greystone periodically conducts onsite Health fairs to ensure employees have access to information regarding special programs included in their benefits plan. Our multi-station set-up allows employees to investigate programs specific to their personal need. The goal is to provide a deeper understanding of special programs which can save employees money and assist in managing specific illnesses and injuries.
COBRA
Greystone utilizes Infinisource COBRA Services (formerly COBRA Compliance Service) to outsource mandated COBRA administration. COBRA law has become exceedingly complicated leaving most companies non-compliant. Our relationship with Infinisource allows us to provide this service to our clients at a substantially discounted rate.
SECTION 125
It is imperative that any employer accepting pre-tax deduction payments for medical, dental, & vision benefits have a Section 125 document updated and on hand. This document was amended two years ago by the Department of Labor adding specific requirements for employers. Greystone provides this document and required notification forms at no expense to you.
INTEGRATED ONLINE SERVICES
Greystone has the ability to assume responsibility for online enrollment administration directly with vendors. This is a checks and balance system offered to reduce and eliminate late reporting of enrollments and terminations.
SPENDING ACCOUNT SERVICES
Greystone has contracted with several companies to provide various administrative services including: FSA's, HRS's, and HSA's. Depending on the arrangement and vendor involved in the program, the provider of this administrative service will be tailored to your needs. Frequently HSA's and HRA's are bundled with the medical program; however, that does not necessarily ensure the best administration of these accounts.
HIPAA
HIPAA privacy and compliance, mandated in 2003, is often ignored. We have discovered a program which reduces the time commitment for preparation of the HIPAA privacy document to 6-8 hours. This program allows the document to be amended when required by the law.
OUTOURCED SERVICES EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN
Greystone utilizes Human Management Services EAP for employee assistance and ancillary services targeted at reducing both absenteeism and presenteeism. An EAP provides enhanced Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol services, as well as litany of events. Additional services addressing Life and Health benefits take a proactive, educational tact to employee health and financial concerns.
HRIS
An extension of the HR Assist program, Infinisource provides the capability of electronic data management including E-enrollment, E-billing, and tracking of personnel information. This system is integrated with the insurance and payroll providers.
HEALTH ADVOCATES
This recently formed entity provides supplemental services to Greystone's personalized handling of benefit issues. When seen as an advantage for specific groups or based on company demographics, Greystone will utilized Health Advocate's services in conjunction with the Employee Assistance Program. HMS coordinates the handling of specific issues which can crossover from benefits to EAP or vice versa.
